Lelång is a long narrow rift valley lake that stretches from Bengtsfors in the south to Lennartsfors in the north. The lake is the largest in the area in which it is possible to solve fishing licenses.
Its character consists of lots of islands and shallows and the beaches are characterized in many places by beautiful nature in the form of barren and mountainous environment with a distinctive wilderness character that is a delight for both the eye andthe seal.
There is excellent fishing for pike and perch in particular, but trout also occur and are on the rise after diligent fish conservation projects.
